Trigger Conditions

Escalation occurs when conflicting proposals both gain ≥33% support, quorum or threshold not met, or other contention criteria.

Process

• All stakers vote using snapshot weights.

• Same penalty/reward structure applies.

• If unresolved → fallback to “Invalid/Null” outcome.

Safeguards

• Turnout extension: 24h auto-extension if quorum not reached.

• Penalty caps prevent compounding losses.

• Snapshot lock prevents exits mid-resolution.
