Bootstrap Architecture

Until the protocol fully decentralizes, a Bootstrap Authority contract allows whitelisted signers to:

• Create markets

• Submit proposals

• Whitelist settlement assets

• Add future vaults

• Maintain protocol continuity

This authority is:

• Restricted by rate limits

• Fully transparent through events

• Removable by a 3 signer vote

• Automatically disabled after 12 months

Bootstrap mode is temporary and exists solely to safely activate the protocol before staker participation becomes sufficient for full decentralization.
