# Bootstrap Market Strategy

During the first weeks:

1. The bootstrap council seeds high-quality markets across:
   * XRP predictions
   * Global politics
   * Crypto and macroeconomics
   * Sports
2. They demonstrate:
   * market creation
   * order book trading
   * maker and taker activity
   * fills and settlement
   * optimistic resolutions
   * challenged resolutions
   * penalty and reward distribution
   * Axiom Points flowing from settled CLOB activity

### Axiom Points Rewards

During the bootstrap phase, protocol incentives flow into a rewards system for active traders.

**Technical implementation:**

* **Distribution:** rewards are distributed by epoch based on points earned from settled CLOB fills
* **Claim mechanism:** claims are executed on-chain via the `AxiomRewards` contract
* **Verification:** eligibility is verified using off-chain computed Merkle proofs

This gives users a complete view of the live CLOB system while organic activity builds.
