Maximum 5 markets per signer per day
Maximum 10 proposals per signer per day
Every bootstrap action emits a public on-chain event such as:
BootstrapMarketCreated BootstrapProposalSubmitted
Front-end interfaces will clearly mark which markets and resolutions were created by bootstrap signers.
This ensures full community visibility.
