# Stake

#### **Stake and earn yield through Axiom Prime**

Users can stake XRP in Axiom Prime to earn yield. Yield comes from:

* Market commissions
* Penalties applied to incorrect governance participants
* Rewards for accurate resolution activity

There are no emissions, inflation or DeFi strategies involved. Yield is generated entirely from real economic activity inside Axiom Protocol. Stakers receive non-transferable share tokens that represent both their yield-bearing position and their governance weight.
