Withdraw available balances and settled positions

Stakers can withdraw their vault positions except during brief governance lock periods tied to active proposals or votes.

Traders can:

• sell positions before resolution if liquidity exists on the order book

• merge complete sets when appropriate

• redeem winning positions after the market resolves

This keeps the experience flexible without implying that every market position is instantly withdrawable in all conditions.
